CYCLE 31:¬†¬†In¬†April 2019¬†there is the last, ultimate, deadline of the last students of¬†Cycle¬†31¬†for presenting the final version of the dissertation. You have to check whether the evaluators and the committee of your examination is ready and ‚Äď if not ‚Äď work with your supervisor to fill the gaps and send them to coordinatore.fino@unige.it and federico.zuolo@unige.it. See the actual list of examination committees here:¬†ESAMIFINALI31.

CYCLE¬†32!!!:¬†¬†Before¬†September 10 2019¬†‚Äď Ph.D. students of¬†Cycle 32¬† should submit a report (FINO-REPORT) about the work done in the last year specifying¬†whether their dissertation is ready to be sent to the evaluators (the relation should be uploaded on the ‚Äúbacheca‚ÄĚ in your FINO web page).
Keep in touch with your supervisors to check that everything is all right!¬†If you think that your dissertation is ready, ¬†give it to your supervisor. They will judge whether to send it to the evaluators. Your supervisor may ask for a 6 months delay (until March 2020) if the dissertation is not ready, before sending it to two external evaluators. The evaluators will have 1 or 2 months time for sending the official assessment. They may ask for minor or major revision ‚Äď in this second case, you will be given another 6 months time.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Differently from other cycles, cycle 32 begun earlier (in October instead of November) and therefore the deadline for  the dissertation is at the end of September. Your supervisor may decide a delay of  six months at most if needed.
